Common Questions (FAQ)
We don’t have a CSR budget for this. How does it fit?
This usually sits under staff training and safeguarding, not CSR. Most sponsors fund it through learning and development, wellbeing, HR, compliance, or risk budgets because it is staff training with a clear operational purpose. If one budget cannot cover it, we can split invoicing across two cost centres or phase delivery so you can commit now and allocate spend across quarters.
How are you credible as a new company?
We are new as a company, but not new to training. Our founder has 30 years of frontline experience and a long history of teaching practical safety and security. The sponsor brief outlines the founder’s background and training track record, and that experience is built into the course design and delivery.
Will our staff actually use it?
The training is mobile-first and built for real schedules. Modules are short, around 15 minutes, so staff can complete them between shifts or during planned CPD time. This format typically improves completion rates versus long, classroom-style sessions because staff can start and finish in one sitting and track progress easily.
Can we start next year?
Yes. Many sponsors prefer to align with annual planning cycles. We can reserve a start window for next year, but availability is limited because we work on a one-sponsor-per-school basis. If you have a specific school in mind, it’s best to secure it early and then agree a rollout date that fits both your budget year and the school calendar.
What does the school need to do?
The school chooses the partnership tier that fits their capacity. In the sponsor brief we outline three school partnership tiers with different levels of commitment, from light-touch coordination to a more involved programme that includes internal messaging and follow-ups. In all tiers, the essentials are the same: nominate a contact, agree a rollout window, share access details with staff, and support basic comms so people know what to do and by when.
Is this exclusive to our organisation?
Exclusivity is handled at the school level. We keep a one-sponsor-per-school rule, so your sponsorship is not placed alongside another sponsor in the same school during the sponsorship period. If you need wider category exclusivity across a region or group of schools, we can confirm scope and availability before you commit.
How long does setup take and what do you need from us?
Once we confirm the school(s) and the start date, setup is typically quick because delivery is online. We’ll ask for your invoicing details, the school contact, any brand guidelines for sponsor recognition if included, and the timing you want. The sponsor brief covers what’s included and the approval steps so there are no surprises.
